Mahler Machining today announces the newest addition to our line up of cutting-edge technology with our newly installed Mazak VC 500C. This brings our vertical mill count up to seven CNCs and expands our total CNC count to 18. With the additional 3-axis milling capacity we are ensuring we can continue to offer competitive lead times for our customers and support our continued growth.
Boasting a 30-tool magazine capacity and a 25 horsepower 12,000 rpm spindle, the Mazak VC 500C is a powerhouse for small to medium part machining. Its Hybrid Roller Guide System ensures excellent rigidity, speed, and accuracy, embodying our commitment to providing access to leading machining technology for our customers. Installed with Mazak’s state-of-the-art Smooth G touchscreen controller not only does it facilitate more efficient training for new operators, but it also empowers our seasoned machinists with advanced programming functions at the machine center to handle even the most complex parts.
