Mahler Machining is thrilled to announce the latest addition to our advanced fleet of CNC machines: a
Mazak Quick Turn 100 MSY. This cutting-edge expands our machine count to 19 CNCs including 7 Mazak turning centers, reinforcing our commitment to delivering precision machining solutions for local and international OEMS. The addition of the QT 100 MSY both expands our capacity and extends our
capabilities on the small turning side of our business. The QT 100 MSY was the obvious choice to support our continued growth in small turning where we have been seeing strong demand particularly form the medical, mining, and clean technology sectors.

What sets this machine apart is its accuracy and capability to significantly reduce lead times for our
valued customers by reducing multiple operations. Equipped with milling, Y-axis travel, and a second
turning spindle, it empowers us to manufacture complex parts in a single operation, streamlining
efficiency, ensuring high repeatability and enhancing overall production capabilities. Set up with a bar
feeder and work piece conveyor the machine is ready to support highly automated and lights-out
production for high volume production runs.

Built by Mazak in Japan this Quick Turn 100MSY is one of Mazak’s flagship turning centers and ships with Mazak’s state-of-the-art advanced Smooth G touchscreen controller. Not only does this facilitate more efficient training for new operators, but it also empowers our seasoned machinists with advanced
programming functions for processing intricate parts.

This addition represents Mahler Machining’s second new machine acquisition in the past two
months. We are dedicated to staying at the forefront of technological advancements, ensuring that our
customers benefit from the latest innovations in precision machining. As we continue to invest in
cutting-edge equipment, we are confident in our ability to continue providing unparalleled service and
meet the evolving needs of our diverse customer base.
